Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare certified facility
• HCHB experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8a-5p
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• May be asked to support other areas within the office radius if needed
• Productivity expectation: 30 points for 40 hours
