What We’re Looking For:
- State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Knowledge of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and special education processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capacity to work effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseload needs and schedules
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide recommendations to address students’ educational and emotional needs
- Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
- Offer counseling and crisis intervention to support student well-being
- Consult with educators on classroom management strategies and behavioral interventions
- Foster open lines of communication among families, teachers, and staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation as required
