DescriptionKforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Project Manager (Non-IT).Summary:The PM is responsible for optimizing business processes and delivering initiatives that drive business objectives and overall performance. This role serves to plan, direct, and coordinate the activities required to define, improve, implement, and sustain complex business processes and organizational capabilities.The candidate maintains accountability for end-to-end process health, including operating objectives, business rules, performance measures, risks, controls, customer experience outcomes, and dependencies across interconnected processes. Simultaneously, the PM facilitates and drives the execution of strategic initiatives and work efforts that enable business transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Working across business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational teams, this individual aligns process strategy with association goals, drives change adoption, mitigates risk, and ensures successful delivery of measurable business outcomes.Requirements* 6+ years of experience in business process management, process engineering, process optimization, program management, project management, consulting, operational excellence, or related disciplines* Knowledge of the P&C Insurance operations, workflows, and associated business processes* Experience developing business cases, requirements, implementation plans, and benefits realization frameworksJob TypeContractCompensation40 - $40
