They are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. Position Overview
Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and provide accurate information. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Representative
Provide administrative and customer service support to internal teams and external clients
Process orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication regarding customer inquiries.
Coordinate with various departments to support daily operations and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative
Experience working in the food distribution, wholesale, or logistics industry.
Familiarity with order management systems, inventory coordination, or ERP software
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required.
