Data AnalystApex Systems has immediate opening for a Data Analyst supporting a local government client in the Baltimore area. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, have extremely strong excel skills, and be at the forefront of data based decision making to make recommendations around process improvement. In this role, you’d have the opportunity to work with Work Day platform and also be part of presentations to higher representatives. Please see below for specific skillsets and responsibilities.Client: Local GovernmentDuration: 3 Month ContractLocation: Onsite in Baltimore, MDOverview:Experience reviewing large scale data sets (5,000-40,000 lines) pertaining to Accounts Receivable and PayableExtensive excel experience – pivot tables – reconciling dataAbility to cross reference data using defined variablesAbility to work and collaborate with multiple internal teamsPresentation skills to report findings to leadership and other teamsStrong communication skillsRequired Skills: ExcelBasic Qualification: Additional Skills: Background Check: YesDrug Screen: YesNotes: Candidates must work onsite every day in Baltimore.
