VP, Central Operations: Scale Property Ops with Data
Kairos Living
Kairos Living is seeking a senior leader to own the Central Operations function for its national SFR portfolio. You will drive performance, efficiency, and scalability across utility management, HOA relations, and vendor oversight. Reporting to the COO and leading a small team, you will implement standardized SOPs, KPI dashboards, and data-driven processes to reduce leakage and improve service levels.
