Weekly Pay: $2,136–$2,373/week , based on 36–40 hours

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a travel opportunity in Claremore, Oklahoma. The RN will provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages , ranging from minor illnesses and injuries to accidents, trauma, and other acute medical conditions.

This position is ideal for an experienced ER nurse who is confident working independently, prioritizing rapidly changing patient needs, and delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical conditions and recognize and interpret serious or emergent situations.

• Prioritize patient needs and take appropriate immediate action.

• Initiate emergency measures when a physician is not immediately available.

• Operate and monitor emergency-care equipment, including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other specialized equipment.

• Administer prescribed medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, mechanical ventilation, and other therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment.

• Record observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures, and coordinated activities with other healthcare disciplines.

• Identify patient-specific healthcare requirements and assist with appropriate care assignments.

• Plan, develop, implement, and coordinate patient care.

• Help maintain adequate supplies and equipment while supporting a safe and organized emergency care environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required

• 5 years of Emergency Room experience preferred

• Active Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license required

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment and manage multiple priorities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must meet all pre-employment credentialing requirements, including background check and drug screening

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
