Summary Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience across the customer journey. Act as a visible sales leader on the floor, support the Store Manager with business planning and product performance analysis, and uphold operational and visual standards. Coach and develop staff, foster a collaborative environment, and promote a digital and client‑centric mindset. Responsibilities Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance through effective floor management and sales leadership. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans based on product performance analysis and action plans. Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead clienteling initiatives, and ensure excellent post‑sales experiences. Coach, train and develop team members, identify talent, and partner with HR/L&D on individual development plans. Promote cross‑selling, up‑selling and a digital mindset to enhance client engagement and sales. Manage store operations including cash activity, inventory, logistics, and back‑of‑house organization. Ensure product care, visual standards, and compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements. Provide market feedback to merchandising and visual teams and support morning briefings and team communications. Requirements Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and influence a retail team. Strong business acumen and analytical skills to monitor and act on product and sales performance. Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and current market trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build client loyalty. High attention to detail, organizational skills and dependability. Flexibility in schedule and working hours to meet store needs.
