Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Billing & Invoicing: Accurately prepare, process, and send customer invoices while maintaining flawless financial records.

• QuickBooks Online Management: Daily hands-on use of QuickBooks Online to manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and account reconciliations.

• Customer Account Care: Serve as the friendly point of contact for client billing inquiries, resolving payment questions or discrepancies with empathy and professionalism.

• Payment Processing & Cash Applications: Record incoming payments, monitor account balances, and follow up gently on past-due accounts to support healthy cash flow.

• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate customer records and streamlined financial operations.

Preferred Software & Tools: Experience with modern, automated accounting tools is highly valued:

• QuickBooks Online (QBO) 

• Oracle Netsuite

• Sage

• ADP

Qualifications:

• 1 to 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR roles.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Performing routine bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Handling full-cycle bookkeeping and managing the month-end close.

• Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and ensuring data accuracy.

• Assisting with ledger management, payroll, or account cleanups.
