Customer Service Attendant Part Time

Description:
Responsible for cleaning the inside and outside of customer cars. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Be sure to display friendly and efficient customer service. May be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions and explaining options available. Must be observant and hard-working.

Requirements:
• Provide excellent customer service
• Explain services provided at the car wash
• Communicate effectively
• Be punctual, responsible and accountable
• Assists customers and other team members as needed to efficiently process car washes.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to stand for at least 4 consecutive hours

Additional Info:
Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
