We are building a company ethos that breeds innovation, collaboration, integrity and excellence in customer service.What is my role?As an Order Management, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of order management activities to ensure that customer requirements are met.What You'll DoKeep Account Managers and/or Sales Reps advised of all issues pertaining to their accounts' sales ordersManage open order profile daily; update as required.Enter item numbers in Customer's website, if applicable.Process all new/re-orders within 24 hours of receipt in UnityReview cost sheet/worksheets for accuracy. If incomplete or inaccurate return to Acct Manager/Sales Rep for correctionConfirm entry of blanks info and contractor assignments in Unity.Create sales order and cut ticket in AS400Issue packing instructions for all ordersPick and pack orders and supply contractors with pack slips & ship labels.Submit routing request info prior to routing window requirements to Traffic Dept.Confirm Routing completed within routing windowUpdate systems for order status and/or revisionsAdvise Production & Purchasing Department of Sales Order changes affecting Production progressEDI duties include: item translations, editing incoming PO's for accuracy, posting (if applicable)Work with Account Manager/Sales Rep to get correct data when EDI discrepancies occur (if applicable)Maintain count sheets/balance sheets (if applicable)Ensure ALL orders are shipped on timeMaintain strong knowledge of each accounts' Vendor Compliance ManualResearch and follow up on each account's charge backsOther duties may be assigned in accordance with company needsWhat You'll NeedMinimum 1-2 years' experience in processing sales orders, and working with various levels of managementMinimum 1 year experience In EDI processingFamiliar with domestic production processesProficiency with MS Word and ExcelExperience in apparel industry preferredWorking knowledge of AS400 preferredHybrid Apparel is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
