Position M&A Associate (Mid‑Level) Location New York, NY Experience 4–6 years Overview We are working with a premier international law firm that is seeking a mid‑level associate to join its dynamic and fast‑growing Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in New York. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented attorney to advise on complex, high‑value domestic and cross‑border transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling leveraged buyouts, growth equity, joint ventures and related private equity transactions. The role involves negotiating key transaction documents, managing due diligence, and collaborating closely with senior partners and clients on strategic deals.
