Remote Primary Care Physician - Inbox & Care Coordination

Exeter Hospital

Exeter Hospital is seeking a physician to remotely support CORE Physicians Primary Care by handling inbox communications and indirect patient care tasks. You will collaborate with on-site providers to manage patient needs and coordinate care across the team.

Requirements include board-certified MD or DO with NH license and DEA, plus 3–5 years of primary care experience. This is a full-time day-shift role working M-F, with remote access to patient information and regular virtual meetings.
