Data Entry Coordinator

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Data Entry Coordinator in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting the front end of the estimating and quoting process through accurate data entry, document management, and workflow coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing high volumes of technical and administrative information. The right candidate will ensure incoming quote requests are complete and accurate so estimating and sourcing teams can move quickly without having to correct data or track down missing information.

Required:

• Strong data entry and administrative experience with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify missing or conflicting information
• Ability to work with part numbers, quantities, revisions, specifications, and other detailed documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, business software, and structured data-entry processes

Preferred:

• ERP experience, particularly within quoting, order entry, parts, customer records, or product data
• Experience supporting estimating, quoting, manufacturing, construction, or distribution operations
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with bills of material, technical drawings, specifications, or revision control
• Experience within manufacturing, fabrication, electrical, or data center-related environments
