Caregiver Memory Care Belmont Village San Jose $20.50 - $21.00 per hour Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Minimum Years of Experience 1 year Part-time 11:00am-7:15pm Full-time 11:00am-7:15pm, 2:30pm-10:45pm, 10:30pm-6:45am About The Role As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands-on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life. We're seeking dependable, team-oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued. A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.
