How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of specialized bedside care for orthopedic and neurological patients, ensuring every intervention aligns with the patient's unique recovery goals. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of therapists and specialists to provide seamless, holistic care that accelerates patient healing and improves outcomes. Monitor and interpret complex patient data to make real-time clinical decisions, proactively communicating changes to the care team to ensure patient safety. Advocate for patients and their families by managing the discharge planning process, ensuring they have the resources and education needed for a successful transition home. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
