$128,000 – $165,000 base, plus potential bonus of 10–25%.
The Tax Senior Manager will manage client engagements, oversee team performance, and ensure adherence to tax regulations. The role will also drive business development and strategic advisory services in multiple industries.
Lead complex tax engagements and manage client relationships.
Advise clients on tax planning, advisory, and compliance.
Mentor and develop tax professionals.
Identify and pursue new client opportunities.
7+ years of relevant tax experience.
CPA, EA, or equivalent certification required.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
