This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30 to $38 per hour. Morning, Afternoon and Evening hours available in home. Job Details Title: Behavior Therapist/RBT Job Type: Part-time Employee Location: Swedesboro, NJ 08085 Salary: $30 to $38 per hour Hours: Morning, Afternoon, Evening (in-home) Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients Record and monitor client progress through data collection Collaborate with the treatment team to set and achieve individualized treatment goals Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families Requirements Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, not required Flexibility with working hours, Saturday availability is a plus Please Note: We do not inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process in accordance with federal regulations.
