Restaurant Assistant Manager

WE are looking for Managers to continue to build our leadership team! You will work right next to the restaurant owners (us!) and we will invest time and energy in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future. Meal Discounts & Paid Breaks: You will receive a discount on meals (Yes, delicious ButterBurgers at a discount!) both when you work and when you visit on days you don't work! Uniforms: Free shirt, hat/visor and nametag. Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift/carry 10lb to 50lb. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook. Responsibilities Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service. Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team. Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures. Qualifications Demonstrates passion and leadership. Strong communication and organization skills.
