Wet Utilities Lead Excavator Operator Spanish

¡DNT Construction está contratando varios Operadores de Excavadora Líderes con experiencia en Relleno para nuestros proyectos de Utilidades Húmedas en el área de Austin! El Departamento de Utilidades Húmedas apoya los sistemas de servicios públicos subterráneos mediante el correcto relleno y compactación de zanjas después de la instalación de tuberías. Requisitos para ser considerado para el puesto:
- Tener al menos 2 a 3 años de experiencia operando una excavadora clase 300 en construcción de servicios públicos o construcción civil pesada.
- Conocimientos en pruebas de suelos .
- Transporte confiable de ida y vuelta al lugar de trabajo.
- Licencia de conducir válida .
- Poder aprobar un examen de drogas y verificación de antecedentes previo al empleo.
- Seguro médico, dental y de visión a partir de los 91 días de empleo.
- Tiempo libre pagado (PTO) comienza a acumularse desde el primer día.
- Días festivos seleccionados pagados.
- Plan 401(k) con contribuciones del empleador de hasta un 4% después de 1 año.
- Excavar zanjas principales con precisión de acuerdo con la pendiente y alineación requeridas.
- Operar el equipo de manera segura cerca de miembros de la cuadrilla y otros oficios.
- Monitorear continuamente las condiciones de la zanja para garantizar la estabilidad y seguridad.
- Identificar e implementar métodos adecuados de protección de zanjas, incluyendo escalonamiento y taludes , cuando sea necesario.
- Bajar tuberías y materiales a la zanja de manera segura utilizando técnicas adecuadas de aparejo.
- Mover y posicionar cajas de zanja de manera segura en coordinación con el equipo.
- Establecer y mantener el ritmo de excavación para cumplir con las metas de producción diarias.
- Leer e interpretar planos y estacas de nivel; experiencia en este ámbito es preferida.
