Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a committed Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional, patient-focused care. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Creating personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Communicating any changes in patient status to the interdisciplinary team
- Educating patients and their families about care processes and health management
- Maintaining infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participating in handoff procedures and quality improvement initiatives
