You have a Georgia DL, Clean Record, & your own reliable vehicle ?
You currently RESIDE in Georgia?

This Would Be Your Schedule...

Monday - Friday / up to 15 hours between 9 am - 3 pm

Your Responsibilities:

Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our senior population.

Member Assessments in the center and home
Reviewing health care documentation,
Being a resource for the Skylark team,
Assisting in the operations of the center when needed

Review and complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements
Care plan development.
