Dashboard and Reporting Development Job ID: JP00046666 Anticipated Start Date: August 3, 2026 Hours: 8-5 EST (Candidates must reside in EST) Location: Hybrid workforce strategy; contractors required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week. Responsibilities Analyze, report, and develop recommendations on data related to complex business metrics. Create and maintain databases to track business performance. Analyze data and summarize performance using statistical procedures. Develop and analyze business performance reports (claims, provider, utilization data) and identify deviations and anomalies. Create and publish periodic reports and ad‑hoc reports. Devise diagnostic or tracking data solutions to translate business requirements into decision support tools. Make recommendations based on data analysis. Requirements BS/BA degree in related field and minimum 3 years of data analysis or related experience, or equivalent education and experience. Experience with relational databases, query tools, and statistical software. Ability to manipulate large data sets. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Additional Information Experience with PowerBI and Tableau, large data sets, and claims data is preferred.
