This position is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for positions across all corporate brands. The Sales Recruiter will focus on developing and executing a best‑in‑class employee relations strategy to attract and recruit top‑level candidates. An ideal candidate will be perceptive and able to build relationships with individuals at all levels. This in‑office, performance‑based role offers significant earning potential for those who consistently meet and exceed business objectives. What You’ll Do Source and build a pipeline of candidates using referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, and other methods. Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates. Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. Pre‑screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc. Document all candidate correspondence in the ATS and communicate respectfully with applicants who are not hired or are deemed unqualified. Collaborate with colleagues and staff in a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment. Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills. Negotiate salaries and present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during the offer process. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast‑paced organization. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Experience sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates. Extensive knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation. Demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.). Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
