Landscape & Grounds Technician

Full-time. Year-round. $3,000 hire-on bonus. Are you the kind of person who notices when a landscape bed needs attention, a sprinkler head isn't running right, or a shrub needs trimming — without anyone having to point it out? Kabredlo's Property is hiring an experienced Landscape & Grounds Technician. This isn't a typical crew position. You'll maintain beautiful, highly cared-for properties where quality, detail, and pride in your work matter. What You'll Do Maintain lawns, landscape beds, trees, shrubs, flowers, and plants Prune, trim, weed, mulch, fertilize, and handle seasonal cleanups Watch plant and turf health and catch problems early Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and program sprinkler systems Keep the property clean, polished, and exceptionally well kept What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional landscaping experience 2+ years of sprinkler and irrigation experience Strong plant and landscape-care knowledge Able to work independently without constant supervision Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional Valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors year-round in heat, cold, rain, and snow Pay and Benefits Starting at $25/hour or more based on experience, full-time and year-round.
