What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient care, including new consults and follow-up visits for hematology and oncology patients
• Oversee treatment plans and coordinate patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin
• BLS certification
• Prior experience in outpatient Hematology and Oncology (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with complex patient populations in oncology/hematology
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
