Client Relationship Lead 

Position Overview: Loot Rentals is hiring for a full-time, entry-level Client Relationship Lead at our ATX Location! This position will report directly to the Sales Manager and is sales-focused and client-facing. The ideal candidate will bring energy and warmth to the Loot showroom and provide unparalleled service to our new and returning clients.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to emails, website contact forms, and wishlists for new inquiries
• Host warehouse walkthroughs and client drop-ins
• Conceptualize and create design mockups for clients
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and recommend complementary inventory
• Work with our inventory and invoicing software to create quotes
• Maintain backend tasks for inventory software 
• Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings through timely follow-up and thoughtful client communication
• Manage client projects from initial inquiry through booking confirmation, ensuring all details are accurate and accounted for
• Coordinate with inventory and operations teams on potential inventory conflicts, order discrepancies, client concerns, revisions, and/or special requests
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Meet individual and team sales goals, including quote conversion and revenue targets
• Greet and assist clients with will-call pickups and drop-offs through the showroom
• Assist the sales & marketing team with any other duties or special projects as assigned
• Attend industry networking events as opportunities arise to build relationships with clients

Compensation: 

• $26,000 annual base salary plus monthly payouts for KPI goals and monthly share of commission pool. Total compensation expected at goal is $60,000; exempt
