Job Title: Duck Creek Billing and Policy Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Billing and Policy Business Analyst with strong expertise in Duck Creek BillingCenter and P&C Insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Analyze billing workflows, invoicing, payments, and collections
- Work with developers, QA, and business teams during implementation
- Support UAT, defect tracking, and production issue analysis
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required Skills
- 8+ years of BA experience in Insurance domain
- 3+ years of hands-on Duck Creek Policy experience
- 4+ years of Duck Creek BillingCenter experience
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance and billing processes
- Experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration / PAS
- Experience with BRD/FRD, Agile, Jira, and SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- API/Web Services knowledge
- Duck Creek certification preferred
