Work you'll do
As a ServiceNow Technical Transformation Manager on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:
Lead development activities for a large ServiceNow implementation program across multiple HR servicesManage and mentor junior developers to support delivery quality and team growthLead sprint review sessions and track progress against development objectivesProvide technical expertise, feedback, and issue resolution throughout the development lifecycleCollaborate with stakeholders to align development work with program priorities and delivery timelines

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degreeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureActive Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with polygraph security clearance required Ability to work onsite in Chantilly, Virginia, 5 days per weekExperience leading development for enterprise technology implementationsExperience mentoring junior developersExperience with Salesforce, Appian, JavaScript, or C#
Preferred:
Experience with ServiceNow implementationsExperience supporting human resources service delivery solutionsExperience leading sprint reviews in Agile delivery environmentsExperience providing technical feedback across the software development lifecycleExperience serving government clients
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
