Prestige Legal Solutions is a full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles, California, dedicated to helping clients resolve vehicle-related disputes efficiently and effectively. We are a fast-growing, performance-driven organization focused on operational excellence, accountability, and delivering consistent results.

We are seeking a high-caliber Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead firm-wide operations and drive strategic growth. This executive role serves as the bridge between ownership vision and day-to-day execution, ensuring alignment across all departments while building scalable systems and processes.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator and change agent with experience in professional services environments, capable of leading transformation, improving performance, and building a culture of accountability and excellence.

As a key member of the executive team, you will partner closely with leadership across Finance, Legal, Operations, and HR to optimize performance, strengthen infrastructure, and support long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
• Drive operational improvements, scalability, and performance across the firm
• Partner with ownership to translate vision into actionable strategies
• Implement and manage change initiatives to improve efficiency and results
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to align operational performance with financial outcomes and team development
• Establish and track KPIs to ensure accountability and consistent execution
• Improve cross-functional communication and eliminate operational silos
• Build and optimize processes, workflows, and internal systems
• Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance across all operations
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
