Construction Project Manager

HDR is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Florida team on an exciting mega construction program for our valued client. Responsibilities Serves as point of contact and project lead for multiple construction projects Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members Develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures Review programs for conformance with Department standards Perform constructability and biddability reviews Mentor more junior roles Provide risk management and issue resolution leadership Perform other duties as necessary Preferred Qualifications PE License is highly desired Previous experience on FDOT or FL Turnpike projects is a strong plus Roadway/Tollway construction experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 7 years related experience Minimum of 2 years project management experience Ability to interact with various design teams, excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (both written and verbal) Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Primary Location: Orlando, Florida.
