What You’ll Do: * Make the first impression to our customers as they enter the branch, warmly greeting them and guiding them to the colleague who can best support their needs. * Engage in constant customer support, exhibiting efficient, effective, and courteous customer service in person and via telephone. * Serve customers by supplying them with information on the Rockland Trust banking products best suited to their individual needs. * Ensure that customers feel cared for as you perform duties that require a high level of accuracy, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checking, and other financial transactions. * Make decisions alongside immediate supervisor, which may become more extensive as position gains in knowledge and experience. * Work closely with our training team and your branch team to learn about these responsibilities, and to complete Rockland Trust’s Teller Training. * Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including computers, to facilitate the

achievement of business goals.

• Sales and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Positive approach to interactions with customers and team members.
• Ability to work within normal office requirements, with long periods of

standing and continuous customer support.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to work within a flexible work week, which may

include weekends, as customer needs dictate. * Ability to successfully complete our training program.
