Automation & Controls Engineer - Crane Systems - Qualdoc
Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI solutions for overhead crane systems. Develop and maintain SCADA interfaces and industrial Ethernet networks. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate VFDs, safety interlocks, and control logic. Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new crane equipment. Document control schematics, code, and test procedures for compliance and future maintenance. Requirements 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, specifically crane or material handling systems. Experience with VFDs, safety interlocks, and troubleshooting complex control issues.
