This role starts at the front desk - the heartbeat of our agency. You will learn how we operate, who we serve, and what it means to deliver the kind of service that earns a five-star review every single day.

The Growth Path

• Step 1 - Front Desk: Learn the agency inside and out. Meet our clients. Understand our culture. Master our systems.

• Step 2 - Demonstrate HEART: Show us your commitment, your attention to detail, and that you belong here.

• Step 3 - Get Licensed: We support motivated team members through their New York insurance licensing.

• Step 4 - Advance: Move into a licensed customer service or sales role. The ceiling is as high as your ambition.

What You'll Do

• Be the first voice clients hear and the first face they see - set the tone for the entire experience

• Answer high-volume inbound calls with warmth and professionalism

• Greet walk-in clients with the hospitality that built our reputation

• Support our licensed team with client requests and documentation

• Learn our systems, products, and what makes CMRInsurance different

• Assist with outbound client outreach and follow-up

• NY insurance license not required - we support the right people through licensing

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, y College Planning.
• Our office is located in Staten Island .
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2003.
• I am a proud graduate of Syracuse University .
• We currently have 14 team members at our agency.
