IT Business Operations Analyst

Supporting the financial and operational effectiveness of the Enterprise IT organization, the full-time IT Business Operations Analyst will manage IT purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and contract renewals while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, both remotely and onsite. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end IT purchasing lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate contract administration activities, ensuring timely renewals and documentation management Generate and analyze financial and procurement reports, performing budget monitoring and variance analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business operations, finance, procurement, or related roles At least 2 years of direct IT purchasing/procurement experience Experience with financial analysis, variance reporting, and budget support activities Strong understanding of IT procurement processes and vendor management practices
