Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Account Manager Cesar Ramos Insurance Agcy Inc is seeking an organized and efficient go-getter willing to focus primarily (85-90%) on sales. You will have some administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers; light service tasks may also be involved. Responsibilities: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet customer needs while supporting business development. Assist office with pivot sales (approx. 20% of your role). Qualifications: Minimum of a P&C license; must be current and active. Must obtain a Life/Health license within 90 days of hire. Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals. Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Dedicated to customer service. Benefits: Salary plus commission/bonus. Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
