Our client, a technology management firm, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to become the operational hub of their client experience and support team. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless service experience for high-end clientele. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in client services, operations, or administrative support, along with outstanding organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Coordinate schedules, calendars, and service appointments for a distributed team. Act as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor ongoing requests, project timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion. Support purchasing, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships. Maintain accurate operational records and documentation. Assist with billing and administrative workflows. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery. Qualifications Strong experience in customer service, operations, administration, or project coordination. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
