Become a Valued Member of Our Thriving Anesthesia Team We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRNA to join our growing anesthesia care team in a full-time capacity. You will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures within a well-established healthcare system. Why Choose Us? We welcome applications from both experienced CRNAs and recent graduates! Who You Are Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). TEE certification is preferred. Valid Wisconsin nursing license is mandatory. You possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Additional Information This is a full-time, employed (W-2) position with a competitive compensation and benefits package. We are seeking CRNAs with a strong foundation in providing anesthesia care across various surgical specialties. This position offers a predictable call schedule with a 1:14 call ratio (both beeper) with post-call time off after the first call and on-call support from an in-house MD.
