We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow customer relationships with contractors and industry professionals. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions—over the phone or in person—ensuring every customer feels valued. Collaborate with Outside Sales representatives to drive sales and resolve customer needs. Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers to meet customer demands. Educate customers on promotions, new products, and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records, process payments, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Industry knowledge is a plus; motivated candidates without industry background will be trained. Spanish‑speaking skills are a strong advantage but not required. Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%).
