Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items at specific stations, including grill, sauté, and fry.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and follow instructions from the head chef.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
