Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year experience

Assignment Details

• At least 32 hours per week
• Available for 2 evening shifts per week
• Volume expectation 45-50 patients per week
• Schedule: 5x8
