Urology Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities Focus on outpatient care at the new Urology Center Manage your own panel of patients Provide follow-up care for post-surgical patients Perform occasional hospital rounding as needed Maintain an average patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No nights, weekends, or major call burden Participate in telephone call rotation approximately 1:5 - 1:6 Collaborate closely with an excellent teacher and mentor Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license/certification Interest in Urology or relevant clinical experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong patient-centered communication skills Ability to manage an independent patient panel Why Join Us?
