Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

RN – Labor & Delivery | Christiana Hospital – Newark, DE

Specialty: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Location: Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE
Contract Type: Travel / Local (within 50 miles)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience; no exceptions
License Required: Active Delaware or Compact RN license in hand
Shift: 12-hour Nights
Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Call Requirement: No call required
Holiday Requirement: Yes
Float Requirement: Yes, to areas within appropriate acuity
Interview Process: Voice Advantage Interview required, followed by Nurse Manager screening/interview; VA Auto Offer process applies.
Number of Beds: 21–30
Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3 based on patient acuity
Charting System: Cerner, with conversion to Epic in progress
Float Areas: Antenatal, High Risk OB, OB Triage, and Postpartum

Submission Requirements

Active DE or Compact RN license in hand

List of all certifications with expiration dates
All RTO submitted at the time of initial submission; requests made after submission will not be considered or approved
