Senior Transportation Analyst

We're Hiring: Senior Logistics Analyst (Transportation / 3PL) We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Analyst to join a growing transportation and supply chain operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in transportation, third-party logistics (3PL), freight forwarding, dispatch, or supply chain operations who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily third-party logistics (3PL) operations, including intermodal, over-the-road (OTR), and cross-border freight. Manage outbound LTL, FTL, and intermodal shipments from planning through delivery. Coordinate dedicated truck operations and load planning. Monitor carrier performance, shipment status, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners. Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Yard Management Systems (YMS). Track shipments, collect Proof of Delivery (POD), and support invoicing activities. Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase transportation efficiency. Deliver excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, dispatch, or supply chain operations. Hands-on experience with TMS, WMS, carrier management, and dispatch operations . Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and driving process improvements. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cross-border logistics between San Diego, CA and Tijuana, Mexico . Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
