What You'll Be Working On

This position supports attorneys handling a diverse range of litigation matters, including:

• Commercial Litigation
• Insurance Litigation
• Personal Injury Litigation
• Construction Litigation
• Professional Negligence Cases

Key Responsibilities

As a Paralegal, you will play an integral role in case preparation and management by:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing documents to support litigation strategy
• Drafting and proofreading legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, contracts, and correspondence
• Maintaining accurate physical and electronic case files
• Monitoring filing requirements, court deadlines, and case milestones
• Conducting legal research and compiling relevant case information
• Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom logistics
• Communicating with clients, witnesses, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
• Interviewing clients and witnesses to gather information and supporting documentation
• Managing calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling needs
• Collaborating with attorneys and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently
• Safeguarding confidential legal and client information

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Paralegal experience , preferably within a litigation practice
• Experience working under attorney supervision in a law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate and/or completion of a Paralegal Studies Program
• Experience supporting commercial, insurance, personal injury, construction, or professional negligence litigation matters
