Desktop Support Technician

A stable, mission-driven organization in the Rochester area is hiring an IT Support Technician to provide hands‑on and remote support to employees across several local locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, troubleshooting everyday technology issues, and working with computers, Microsoft 365, user accounts, printers, and related equipment. What You Will Do Provide technical support by phone, email, remote access, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot Windows computers, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, software, and connectivity issues. Assist with password resets, user accounts, and basic Active Directory tasks. Set up, configure, and deploy computers and related equipment. Occasionally visit nearby locations to assist with installations or technical issues. Escalate more complex problems to senior IT staff when needed. What We Are Looking For At least one year of help desk, desktop support, or IT support experience. Experience supporting users in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment. Basic familiarity with Active Directory and user account support. Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Reliable transportation Hands‑on experience is more important than a specific degree. Why Consider This Opportunity?
