iStaffing Chino is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. If you have experience operating CNC press brake machines, reading blueprints, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, or similar).
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specification sheets.
- Perform accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
- Program and adjust machine settings to ensure quality production.
- Form, bend, and fabricate sheet metal components according to specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
- Safely move and handle sheet metal materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety procedures.
- Comply with OSHA, ISO, and facility safety standards, including proper PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CNC Press Brake operating experience
- Experience with Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, or similar press brake equipment preferred
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Proficient in math, including fraction and decimal conversions
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Basic computer skills to operate CNC press brake software
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and procedures
