Work part-time from home in support of the Performing Arts! If you have Fundraising/Sales experience and a passion for the Performing Arts, then DCM wants you to join our first-rate Guthrie Theater fundraising team!

We are currently accepting applications for new team members who meet the following criteria:

Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in the Performing Arts highly preferred.

• No cold calling -- all leads are Guthrie Theater patrons and/or current/lapsed donors.
• Fully remote/WFH -- all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer
• Receiving feedback/coaching from your Manager is to be expected; calls are monitored for quality assurance and productivity

You must be computer savvy and are required to have:

• Desktop or laptop
• High Speed Internet
• Headset with a microphone

You MUST be:

• Articulate and persuasive, be able to follow a script, memorize it, and sound authentic and natural
• Someone who can consistently CLOSE SALES and RAISE MONEY

If hired, you MUST:

• Be available to attend paid training on: Monday, July 6th, 4:30 pm-8:30 pm CST
• Be able to work 16 hours per week: Mon-Thu 4:30-8:30 CST, Fri-Sat 10am-2pm CST
• You MUST be working from one of the following states to be eligible: NY, NJ, CT, MA, IL, CA

Compensation: $14/HR plus commission (guaranteed state minimum)
