The primary areas of responsibility include: Prepare customer correspondences Performing quality assurance of collection correspondence(s) Establishing and maintaining relationships and communications with Firm personnel Position Requirement: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or similar field. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills; communicating complex issues to internal and external audiences Excellent keyboarding and software skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook) Able to support team members and move between assignments as needed to meet business objectives.
