Leadership & Team Building
- Hire, train, and develop a talented team to achieve outstanding performance
- Communicate clear job expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Create strong morale and engagement within the team through recognition and support
- Foster collaboration and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
- Resolve conflicts effectively, promoting a respectful workplace
Operational Excellence & Guest Experience
- Ensure a guest-first culture that exceeds customer expectations
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy restaurant conditions following all guidelines
- Execute Dunkin' brand standards, systems, and marketing promotions flawlessly
- Plan and monitor staffing to meet service goals and operational needs
- Conduct audits and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality
Business & Financial Management
- Set sales goals, track results, and drive profitable top-line sales growth
- Control costs and manage budgets to maximize restaurant profitability
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement effective solutions
- Lead new product rollouts, including team training and customer engagement
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in English with strong math and financial management skills
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old where applicable
- Passion for leadership, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional guest service
